I was able to rip disc 1 with plain old dvdshrink. But the problem is I can't rip disc 2.I notice when I watch both Grey's Anatomy season 4 and 'Samantha Who' with Nero Showtime, there is a brief lag/stutter at the beginning of every episode. After the lag, the rest of the episode plays perfectly.
