I just started putting it on my blog...and I'm kind of loving it. It allows me to capture small, yet not expandable, thoughts and publish them as little blurbs. I originally used Twitter as a way to leave short messages back and forth with my husband. (He was able to use Twitter on his old cell phone, so it was like an easier way to text message him.) When I decided to make my Twitter public, I went back and deleted some things that I didn't want the world to see, like messages when I was having a bad day and vented to dear hubby. But you can synch up FaceBook and twitter so you only have to update your status once... some people are using it like marketing, which is genius (check out my new blog, etc...).... I like keep up with you!! I just don't see any benefit of broadcasting inane details about my life across the world. I draw the line at blogging. ;-) Really though, as much as I love technology and I'm surrounded by the "latest and greatest," I work really hard at maintaining boundaries between the jittery/twittery/blinking side of life and the relaxed, family-focused goals we have for ourselves.
