Photo Contests!

Photo Contest Finalist!!

Me Ra Koh

This was the closest the votes have ever come! We recounted a couple times making sure there wasn’t any double, triple entries from the same people. (sneaky some of you! :)) The winner won by five votes out of 300 plus! If the winner cannot take advantage of the prize to meet us in Sonoma for half off the regular workshop price, the runner up will be given the offer. And the one who came in Third place was only five votes behind Second Place! Isn’t that amazing!

Okay, drum roll!

The Winning Finalist is Dancing on the Beach by Caron!!!

Yeah for Caron!!! Great, beautiful job!!!

Your image is timeless, and I have loved reading all the comments on why people voted for you!

If Caron can’t join us in Sonoma, the Runner Up is the beautiful image Birthday Candles by Deb!! I could look at this photo over and over again and never get tired of it. Wonderful image Deb!

Ohhhhh! Brian and I are so excited and hope to meet one of you in person next week!

Email us asap with any questions on Sonoma! We’ll need to know your decision this week!

Random Voters Awards!!!

All you 300 plus voters ROCK!!! It’s our pleasure and honor to give three people their choice of a 101 Kit! You can choose whatever kit best fits your life these days!

If you’d like to check them out, we’ve got the Mom’s Survival Kit, the Portrait 101 Kit, the Wedding 101 Kit, the Associate 101 Kit and the Getting Published 101 Kit. Click on the titles to read all their details.

Here are the three Random Voters! They are Erin, Jeanette and Steve!!

1. Erin voted on 07 Apr 2008 at 4:13 pm

#3. I like how the “light” aspect of the theme is depicted in an unconventional way. When we think of light and dark, we don’t think of color, we think of black and white (usually). I love that the light in this image is a beautiful bold red! Breathtaking image!

2. Jeanette voted on 08 Apr 2008 at 4:00 am
I love #2. This photo reminds me of my dad and I. I love that the only light in the photo comes from the candles.

3. Steve voted on 09 Apr 2008 at 11:41 am

I vote for number 4. That is an amazing picture.

Erin, Jeanette, and Steve! Shoot us an email at mera@fioria.us and write Random Voter Award in the subject line! We’ll get you a certificate that you can use toward one of the five 101 Kits!! Thanks so much for voting!!!

Post em up and let’s get this new contest going!! I think we may have another Sony camera to give away!! ๐Ÿ™‚

  7. Lauren says:

Great job everyone – I LOVED all 5 of the photos, PLUS the Brian photo and Julie’s beautiful photo!

Spring is when I stop cooking in my kitchen and start breaking out the grill – my husband made so much fun of me last night for taking a picture of every single stage of the dinner I made him…LOL! But I think Spring pictures of what the season means to us, or silly, wacky cooking pictures could be tons of fun! Am I the only nerd who photographs her dinner??

  8. JONI says:

A BEAUTIFUL PICTURE OF A BEAUTIFUL GIRL TAKEN BY A BEAUTIFUL WOMAN, HOW WOULD I KNOW? I AM PROUD TO SAY THAT IS MY BABY SISTER! GREAT JOB CARON (SOOZ)!! LOVE ALWAYS, JONI
