And Jeramy, I get the alarm clock side of the bed to head to the gym in the morning. It should be the other way around, but then I’d be a grump all day. So off the gym I must go.

I started to cry while reading today. I have 2 boys 6 and 2 years old. I only hope that one day my kids will think of me as their hero. Give them kisses for me and let them know they are one of a kind.
