Going Dark but Leaving You with a Question

Me Ra Koh

This has been one of the most wonderful summers with all of you!  As I walked this morning, I looked back on the last few months of goodness and how deep that goodness has gone.  Not only did “Your Child in Pictures”, the next book after “Your Baby in Pictures”, get turned in to the publisher, but Brian and I also finished a ONE HUNDRED PLUS page training manual for something BIG we are announcing this Fall!  (So excited!)  I also got to meet some of you in person when I spoke in TX a couple weeks ago and hear your heartfelt stories.  The Online Classes we’ve done have been the icing on the cake!  Watching our students develop an awareness of light that has deepened each week, transforming their approach to capturing stories, has left me speechless.

Before the Fall is officially here, I’m going to go dark on the blog for a few weeks.  I’m hungry for sinking in to time with the kids–the kind of time where we shoot the breeze together on a lazy afternoon.

Coming Home Doesn't Get Better than This!

As well as a personal retreat for myself to replenish before we hit the ground running in September.  But not all things will be pausing.  In fact, we are in the midst of producing a new show (did you see the press release from Disney?  🙂  If not, more details in the Fall!).  Brian and I are looking for families in Tacoma/Seattle as well as Los Angeles area for September.  Watch my FB page for Casting Calls!  🙂  It’s going to be super FUN!!!  We may have LOTS of Casting Calls this year, so pass the word to friends to watch my FB page!

While we go dark on the blog, I’d love to leave you with a question.  Below is a poll that will help our team know what benefits you, inspires you, gives to you most.  Will you take thirty seconds and choose your favorite three?  I’d love to come back to the blog with full knowledge and vision of how we can keep inspiring you best.

If you need a boost of creative inspiration while I’m gone from the blog, check out the series of posts I did the first half of August!  May your creative well be filled!
